I didn't set out to create something that would be marked for posterity each year as a kind of ego-maniacal self monument, but, I had just realized this week that we have gone a full year with this blog. In fact, as many of you know, this thing was born on the heels of the initial Detroit is Crap shut down last November and the loss of my "second home" so to speak, and I needed an outlet for carrying on the fight and addressing the things that mattered to me.
I want to personally thank my readers(whom I have come to call friends) for their contributions and comments in keeping this thing interesting and worthwhile, particularly(though in no particular order) Jeff, Joy, Cleveland, Ronduck, and the mighty Orion from Access St. Louis. I thank all of those also(the DIC crew who managed to find their way here, especially) who signed up to follow and those Lone Wolf lurkers out there who need to fly under the radar. Detroiter deserves his due here, also, as he essentially paved the way and passed on the "blogging bug" to me.
I do this for myself because I need to, but without all of you on the journey with me, what would be the point really?
New posts have become less and less frequent and I vow to remedy that in the coming weeks and months as we gear up and get back on a serious footing, as I mentioned two or three posts back. I've no intention of giving up anytime soon, even if they drag me to a FEMA camp. As long as there's a stick and some dirt, I'll still scratch out this Insurgent message.

And how the years doth fly, 'eh ? I've enjoyed talking with you and folks here also and reading what has been posted. As the days progress and we look back on these days - will they be remembered as the times of our greatest opportunity to awaken our folk ? Guess we all do need to strive harder ... on the air and in the street. Here's hoping you (and we) have another year to get at it.
ReplyDeleteActually, its amazing that we have been talking about America's racial problem for the last two years. I signed up for Detroiter's last forum a good two years ago, which I think may have actually been his second forum. Detroiter is probably now on his third forum.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind the infrequent posts since you now post on the forum for more people to read and comment. This blog really serves as a semi-private notebook where you think at larger matters.
Arrggh! I should have written:
ReplyDelete...where you think about larger matters.
Happy Birthday and many more! I am glad to count you as my friend.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the one year anniversary. There are many sites that can’t seem to make it as long, whether it’s TOSVs that shut them down or pressure from hasbara, it matters not if we allow their voice to get silenced. Thank you for all the information and encouragement you give the White people living in America.
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone. I appreciate the kind words, well wishes, and most of all, your continued support.
ReplyDeleteWell, looks like DIC is down again at the moment. I hope it's just a maintenance thing or a technical snafu and not a cyber attack or the Thought Police shutting him down again. One step forward, three steps back, but ever marching!

ReplyDeleteYou have a new commenter here RM. I have been reading what you have to say here for some time. I appreciate what you say and view you as a wise man. Keep drudging along in your struggle, people are listening.
ReplyDeleteCongradulations Big R... Doesn't seem like two years does it?..
ReplyDeleteNo doubt on the friendships. I consider this crew right up there. Im was so happy when Sister Joy wrote to me that she found you.
Met a new friend in Brother Jeff. Through your blog. Your all some stand up volk. Hopefully we can someday all meet.
Hey Dave if your reading this I wrote you a letter a D I C.... Basically it was about not letting a little dweeb ruin your fun.
Peace to all and Merry Xmas
Cleveland...you are such a blessing yourself! I am really happy that you and Jeff hit it off. Love you little brother.
ReplyDeleteHey Cleveland - good to see some words posted from ya ... guess yer burning up the road.
ReplyDeleteChances are good our paths will cross - be my pleasure to buy ya a meal and we'll talk about things.
To the rest of the gang - I understand the truth of it but in the fellowship spirit I'll say also - remember the reason for the season. Christ is our kinsman Redeemer. Wishing all a safe and blessed Christmas.
Thank you all for the kind words.
ReplyDeleteBurning them to get burned out..Getting to old for this line of work.
Finally got a better job after many hurdles.
Be home soon and hopefully down in Florida for the New Year for a visit.
The Big R has mentioned those FEMA camps......
Maybe that is what I see all over. My ex co driver was a prison guard he knows all the ins and outs about the wires, spacing, towers etc.
He was wondering why so many empty minumum security prisons where new and empty.
He noticed them before I did. I thought they were new prisons....yes they are for special prisoners.
Yes Brother Jeff people are awakening....to some things, I quess its up to Volk like us to tell them more..
A Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year. to all.
I say it to every one just to be politically incorrect. Funny I have noticed others are doing it to.. They just don't know how, who, where, when, or even why. Many are semi waking up but still clueless to what has happened.
White Revolution...is the only solution!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the nod, RM. For me this is the busiest time of the year so I haven't been able to post or comment much. Hopefully it slows down sooner than later.
2010 is going to be an interesting year with the amnesty bill and the elections coming up. That along with the collapsing economy should make for some interesting commentary. We all look forward to hearing from you, RM.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thanks for stopping in, Orion. And Dave: welcome aboard! Glad to have you checking in.
ReplyDeleteThanks again, everyone. In case I don't hear from you before then; Merry Christmas and here's to a brand new year. Realistic, but ever optimistic!
happy birthday Big R, haven been around much with school and my personal life glad to get a chance to read here when i get a chance, always a pleasure
ReplyDeleteThanks, Don. Glad to know you're still out there. Hopefully, by the time you read this you'll have that message in your mail box at DIC that I promised.
